Is it really open 24 hours?
Yes. Your key fob opens the door any hour of any day, including holidays. Staff are on site from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily — outside those hours the gym is yours to use on your own.
What's the $10 for?
That's a deposit on your key fob, not a fee. Bring the fob back when you're done and you get the $10 back.
Do I need a card for the free week?
Yes — but only for the $10 fob deposit. There's no membership charge during your free week. After the week ends your membership continues at $39.99 every two weeks unless you tell us to stop, and you can switch to a 1 Year or 2 Year plan any time to pay less.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — on the 1 Year and 2 Year plans you can freeze for up to three months a year. While it's frozen you pay $10 a month instead of your usual payment, and your end date moves back by the same amount of time, so you don't lose it.
